The role

The primary focus of The Territory Sales Representative role is to ensure they are continually developing and building lasting relationships with our National Retail Partners . The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading and providing support to a variety of stores and team members within our National Retail environment inclusive of all sales targets, territory management, training along with being a brand ambassador.

As the Territory Sales Rep, you will be accountable for the daily performance of your assigned area and responsible to contribute to the overall success of the channel. With a focus on delivering high levels of revenue, training, and operational performance, you will oversee an area, where you will train reps to deliver sales programs and drive new sales strategies in the National Retail space.

The primary focus is on developing and maintaining lasting relationships with our partners that is conducive to the ongoing sales of Shaw/Freedom products and services to customers. Utilizes advanced knowledge of products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively work the assigned region. To ensure your areas success, you’ll monitor performance metrics on a daily basis and gap manage where required.

(Store Visits) Driving Sales Productivity and market share growth through assigned region, Relationship building, DM meetings, Presentations, Sales training (80%) , (Admin Duties) Gap management, Weekly planning, Conf calls, (20%),

Your skills/experience

• University degree or equivalent education in a business discipline with minimum 3-5 years sales leadership experience
• Proven ability to work on various tasks / projects simultaneously while ensuring your team is engaged and supported
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate them into strategy for our sales teams
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, more specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent time management skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines
• Detail oriented individual with ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop successful business relationships with peers in MDU regional teams and cross functional departments
• Customer Service Orientation, Teamwork and Collaboration, Adaptability and Initiative
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision
