Career Opportunity: Program Manager, Talent Management

As a key member of the Culture and Organizational Effectiveness team, this role will focus on developing, initiating, assessing and maintaining enterprise – wide solutions and tools that support collective organizational effectiveness across the talent lifecycle:

• Recruitment tools and culture embedment practices
• Onboarding approach and culture embedment practices
• Learning and growth philosophy, assessment approach and culture embedment practices
• Performance management philosophy, program architecture and consistent evaluation instruments
• Succession framework and embedment practices
• Employee engagement framework to support assessment and change management

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides assessment and solution services in areas such as organization assessment, workforce performance and productivity to form a dashboard for talent management
• Creates new resources, tools and leadership job aids that support organization effectiveness, talent strategies and change management initiatives
• Provides project management for key talent lifecycle process, action planning and best practice identification and sharing
• Assesses outcomes of stakeholder engagements and uses data to improve internal processes and performance support tools
• Manages multiple project engagements from start to finish while achieving measurable results and impact
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport, buy-in and trust of key stakeholders
• Demonstrated analytical skills to assess complex problems/data, identify trends and interpretations and offer solid recommendations to various stakeholders
• Proven ability to influence using data, solid reasoning, and persuasion
• Proven ability to adjust communication style based on the audience and communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and project management skills; exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to partner with diverse client groups with implementation of human capital solutions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE
• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in organization effectiveness with focus on enterprise practices and programs across the talent lifecycle
• Experience in facilitating to leaders at all levels
• Experience in developing and managing projects from start to finish with measurable results and operational impact

ADDITIONAL ASSETS
• Focused experience, development and/or degree in Industrial Psychology, Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of performance consulting experience, preferably from a consulting practice
• Preferred certification in Organizational Effectiveness disciplines
• Experience in operations, general management, or related field in multiple industries
