Now Hiring: Technical Support Representative (Inbound Call Center) PERMANENT POSITIONS

Successful candidates will be answering calls from Shaw customers with a focus on technical support and promoting the features, benefits and advantages of Shaw products and services.
What you will be doing daily:
• Be able to speak one of the following language Mandarin/Cantonese/Punjabi fluently
• Help customers troubleshoot their technical issues over the phone
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience and promote Shaw products
• Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Document all incoming calls and ensure proper follow-ups are done.

What you need to have:
• Minimum of 1 year of call center or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in the English language (writing and speaking)
• Able to successfully conduct a business conversation in either Mandarin/Cantonese/Punjabi
• Understanding and proficient of computer technology, networking and desktop support issues
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work on a rotating shift, within our operational hours of 8:00AM to 9:15PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year
• Positive “can do” attitude and customer focus
