The role

As a Sales Coordinator supporting Shaw’s Welcome Home program, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with our New Development Representatives, managing our Partner Program marketing efforts within all new development projects nationally. This role will be responsible for ensuring data integrity within Salesforce, defining national processes, and working with our Planning and Construction teams to ensure projects remain on track, as well as, penetration reporting and tracking.

A typical day

This role is a home-based hybrid role. Daily activities will include collaborating with the New Development Team, understanding all new development projects in the funnel, developing and executing on a Salesforce tracking schedule, booking and tracking Show Home accounts, and executing on marketing activities within each suite of development projects nationally. Process Development will continue to be a focus as we evolve and change in this role. This Sales Coordinator will work closely with the New Development Project Coordinator to ensure high visibility marketing material availability.

Your skills/experience

• Skill one. Strong interpersonal skills
• Skill two. Highly organized, hardworking and fast paced
• Skill three. B2B sales and marketing experience is an asset.
• A positive, “can-do” attitude and customer-focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience; Outbound and face to face sales experience is an asset.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly-changing environment
• Organized, detail-minded and possessing a high level of order fulfillment precision
• Strong ability to learn existing business processes and adapt to ongoing change
• Ability to seamlessly multi-task under tight deadlines and in a team environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
• Committed to creating an exceptional experience for all customers and our sales teams
• Flexible to take on other order fulfillment related duties or tasks as required
• Valid driver's license and regular access to a vehicle

•This position requires the successful completion of a criminal and credit background check
