The role

We are looking for Field Sales Representatives to join our In Home Sales team. Supporting Shaw campaigns and assigned sales leads, you will grow sales and forge your own success by connecting with prospective customers going door-to-door, and on occasion, working special events.

A typical day

You will spend all your time out in the community, meeting potential customers, evaluating their needs, and connecting them with the right Shaw products and services.
While most of your time will be spent door-to-door, you may also attend events where you will connect with people from all walks of life, selling Shaw services.
Your leader will meet with you frequently, and we have a field sales coach that will support you with maximizing your sales activities.

Your skills/experience

• Energy, drive, and passion: Sales experience is an asset, but we are more interested in someone who brings a positive attitude and a driven personality.
• Field sales: We are looking for people who are comfortable engaging customers in person, and who are willing to spend time in the field - rain or shine.
• People Person: We like people who like people – you are motivated by the idea of meeting a wide variety of individuals, and you can talk to anybody.
• Determinedness: You work hard, and you reap the rewards.

Other details

• You will need to be available 7 days/week. The standard shift is 11:00AM-7:30PM.
• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is a requirement.
• You will be asked to provide a 3-year driver’s abstract.
• This position requires the successful completion of a criminal and credit background check.
• As a condition of employment, all new employees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination with a federally approved COVID-19 vaccine (or proof of a valid exemption).
