The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, In Home Sales team. Reporting to the National Manager, In Home. You will be accountable to analyze the sales process, and ensure all accounts meet our quality standards. Empowered to develop solutions and strategies – your focus will be on maximizing productivity and reducing revenue leakages. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our outbound leads system in addition to supporting the door to door sales teams.

A typical day

• Support our national door to door by supplying accurate leads based on analytical data
• Investigate lead errors that are submitted by agents and provide solutions
• Create clear observations through measurement reporting and analysis, provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve channel performance
• Create and deliver leads performance analytics regarding trending and overall success
• Audit door to door activity and liaise with key stakeholders to promote best practices
• Documenting audit findings in reports and developing solutions and strategies to maximize productivity and minimize losses
• Support the continuous improvement of In Home, by providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Meet and exceed departmental and individual performance targets
• Other duties as required

Your skills/experience

• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to personal and team excellence, with the ability to operate in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
• Results oriented team player with the ability to pay attention to detail, and work with a high level of accuracy
• Strong understanding of START/CBS and al internal Shaw tools
• Proficient, with hands on expertise in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams. etc.) and with internal tools (CBS/SBO and Salesforce)
• Ability to self-motivate, multi-task, and prioritize work
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • This position requires the successful completion of a criminal (and credit) background check
