The role

As a Credit Operations Analyst, you will constantly monitor operations performance in terms of systems and processes, report on departments' KPI's, responsible for onboarding customers and customer life cycle end to end. Also, you will support implementation of initiatives and policies to drive fact-based decisions that optimize and balance the objectives of mitigating credit risk vis-à-vis acquiring and maintaining more customers.

A typical day

• Monitor credit Check and Collection treatment processes, performance, and onboarding efficiencies and/or areas of opportunity
• Monitor in-house collection call center performance and provide recommendations for improvement based on regular
• Analyze and derive insights from different customer segments and products to determine customer propensity to pay and/or level of risk exposure

Your skills/experience

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, in the Telecommunication industry is an asset (specializing in Risk Management and/or data analytics preferably)
• Possess Excellent analytical, logical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Utilize LEAN and Agile methodology to streamline work processes and realize cost benefits and/or defect reduction
• Proficient in gathering data and conducting business analysis to synthesize complex information into data insights and recommendations.
• Excellent Excel skills that can independently create robust but agile financial scorecards and/or models
• Efficient user of Tableau and other statistical/reporting tools ex, SAS, Power BI
• Ability to manage ad-hoc analytical requests from management and present findings in a format suitable to the audience
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to communicate clearly in a variety of situations and tailor that communication, by adjusting style, method, and tools, to the needs of the audience
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively, productively and with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable, proactive, deadline-driven, results-minded, highly organized, and detail-oriented
• Act as a Credit subject matter expert for projects, while partnering and collaborating with team members across various areas (internal & external teams)
