The role

As a Field Sales Coach, you will be responsible for ensuring that agents are successfully in selling net new customers and driving revenue in your assigned region, while achieving specific business KPIs. You will provide detailed and personalized training and coaching aligned with the regional and national strategies within In Home Sales. You will be hands on with your approach to coaching and will organize your day to maximize your efficiency with individual agents. You will also collaborate with Regional Sales Supervisors and Managers to determine agents who require additional attention in the field, and you will complete consistent coaching assessments that you will communicate to leadership ongoing. In this role you must be a subject matter expert of our products and services, be a relentless sales hunter and keep up to date with both Regional and National programs, KPIs, and strategies.

A typical day

Connecting with leaders on areas of focus, running training sessions and meeting agents in the field 1x1 for sales coaching. In partnership with local leadership, you will develop coaching plans for agents and execute on those plans to close the identified agent competency gaps within aggressive timelines. You will provide clear and honest feedback to both agents and leaders regarding overall performance and make recommendations on strategic and developmental changes related to agent activity.
• Training, mentoring, and coaching! You’ll engage with your local agents daily and show them that we care about their growth and success! You’ll demonstrate the attitude and behaviors we are looking for them to display and build quality relationships with each of them.
• Getting out! You won’t be stuck in a stuffy office all day — you’ll be out and about in different communities and events teaching agents how to close customers door to door, at events and over the phone.
• Crushing goals and winning as a team! Working with your team, you’ll drive team sales targets and knock KPI's out of the park!

  • This position requires the successful completion of a criminal (and credit) background check
