The role

As an MDU Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with Resident Managers of Multi Dwelling Units to maintain and enhance rapport. You’ll drive customer acquisition in your territory by cold calling new potential Resident Managers explaining our Multi Dwelling Unit Program, using effective closing techniques to secure agreements and marketing access to buildings. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, In Home Sales, you’ll grow sales in your community, make lasting connections with customers, forge your own success and develop and grow your career.

A typical day

Prospecting and maintaining relationships with Resident Managers, completing on-site marketing tactics in MDU buildings, converting leads acquired through relationships and marketing activities, and providing feedback to direct leader on competitive landscape and roadblocks in market. Complete CRM requirements for existing & new customer tracking. Share competitive and market insights with direct leader daily. Something about: 80% prospecting/maintaining relationships with Resident Managers; 25% Admin duties (follow up, data entry, etc); 5% - Internal Meetings.

• This position requires the successful completion of a criminal and credit background check
• As a condition of employment, all new employees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination with a federally approved COVID-19 vaccine (or proof of a valid exemption)
