The role

As a Sales Coordinator supporting Shaw’s New Development program, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with our major account’s representatives, Providing sales Coordination support for their orders; managing our welcome home collateral efforts within all new development projects nationally. The Sales Coordinator will work be reasonable for supporting Show Home requests; and ordering collateral for our new developments in time for occupancy dates. KPI’s include completed and documented marketing tasks in the goal of increasing sales penetration within each development.

A typical day

Daily activities will include sales coordination support for New Development orders; collaborating with the New Development Sales team; understanding all New Development projects in the funnel; developing and executing on a Salesforce tracking schedule; support and booking show home services; ordering collateral and marketing material for appropriate projects.

Your skills/experience

• Aptitude in Salesforce and CBS are ideal (Start is a added bonus)
• Highly organized, hardworking; resourceful and fast paced
• A positive, “can-do” attitude and customer-focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience; Outbound and face to face sales experience is an asset.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly-changing environment
• Organized, detail-minded and possessing a high level of order fulfillment precision
• Strong ability to learn existing business processes and adapt to ongoing change
• Ability to seamlessly multi-task under tight deadlines and in a team environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
• Committed to creating an exceptional experience for all customers and our sales teams
• Flexible to take on other order fulfillment related duties or tasks as required
