As a National Large Business Coordinator supporting Shaw’s Large Business teams, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our external and internal teams! You will act as an expert on standard practices and processes pertaining to order fulfillment and provide a flawless experience for our teams
• Ensuring all relevant documents are created and submitted to support the order fulfilment process with a high level of order accuracy and in a timely fashion• Working with various tools such as Salesforce, COMX, Excel, Customer Billing, BMC and CBS• Acting as a liaison between Partners, Partner Managers, Account Executives, Service Activation and other departments to complete any associated tasks related to order fulfilment• Crafting an outstanding experience for our clients• Communicating regularly and optimally with all levels of management and team members• Being flexible to take on other team related responsibilities
• Skill one. Excellent time management and organizational skills with an attention to detail• Skill two. Strong knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Word, Excel, Power point and Teams• Skill three. A self starter who thrives on new challenges
• This position requires the successful completion of a criminal background check• As a condition of employment, all new employees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination with a federally approved COVID-19 vaccine (or proof of a valid exemption)
